About the Campaign
Overview
If you and your friends※ apply for our apartments on the same day, we offer a discount on the move-in fees (contract fees) based on the number of people.
※This offer is applicable to acquaintances who are students. (Students include third-year high school students, preparatory school students, junior college students, university students, and vocational school students.)
Eligible contract
New individuals contracts (corporate contract, and those who already live at Leopalace cannot apply) who are signing a rental contract.
Conditions
All members must apply on the same day at the same Leo Palace Center or Partner store and complete the contract within 8 days.
※ The contracted property, contract date, move-in date, etc. can be set individually by each contracting party.
Notes
- Depending on the screening, the contract may be declined.
- There are some items in the contract that are not eligible for discounts, so the full discount may not be applied.
- This campaign is subject to change or termination without notice.
