The early discount campaign (hereinafter referred to as "This campaign"), is limited to new students/current students who are moving to campus or moving out of the dormitory and signed a contract before or until February 28, 2026, will not incur a keeping fee(rent) until March 1, 2026. (For new students who are planning to take entrance exams for national and public universities will be until March 15, 2026).

Only for new room contracts under the long term contract.

As a limited benefit, new students can change the room they have kept under the following conditions.

• You can only change your room once if the reason is to change your school.
• You can change your room before you start moving in and requires an application by February 28, 2026 (March 14, 2026 if you are planning to take an entrance exam for a national or public university. ※Preliminary procedures are required at the time of signing a contract, and confirmation of a document proving that you will take an entrance exam for a national or public university is required at the time of application.)
• When changing rooms, a property change fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) must be paid.
• If there is a difference in usage fees, contract fees, etc. due to changing rooms, you will be required to pay the difference. In addition, if the contract fee is less, we will refund the difference.

• The conditions for this campaign are subject to change without notice.
