If you request cancellation after the start date of your contract period but before the expiration date of your contract period, you may cancel your contract mid-term with a cancellation date of 10 days from the date of your request for cancellation. However, if you wish to cancel your contract mid-term and the cancellation date is less than 10 days after the date of your request for cancellation, we will charge you the room usage fee equivalent to 10 days from the date of your request for cancellation. You may cancel your contract mid-term by paying the room usage fee and penalty fee.

If the cancellation date is less than 30 days from the start date of the contract period, you will be required to pay the room usage fee and penalty fee equivalent to 30 days from the start date of the contract period. (30 days from the start date of the contract period are not eligible for refund).

Monthly fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances after signing the contract (they are not eligible for refunds).
