We also offer a wallpaper change service for toilets, which was requested by many customers. You can change the wallpaper of both the living room and the toilet according to your request. In addition, rooms not covered by my DIY can also be used for a fee.

About wallpaper change service
Important notes when using this service
- Please note that the design and color of the wallpaper posted on the website, catalogs, and pamphlets may differ from the actual wallpaper.
- The wallpaper you want may be out of stock or out of print. In that case, please cancel or select the wallpaper again.
Current tenants
- Our designated contractor will carry out the work in the presence of the tenant. Applications cannot be accepted if there is a possibility of leaving the room temporarily.
- Please be sure to move any belongings near the surface where you wish to replace the wallpaper by yourself in advance.
- This service will be officially ordered upon payment from the tenant, so please make payment to the account designated by our company at least 7 days before the work date. Please note that if payment is delayed, we will have to adjust the work date again.
- On the day of the work, the tenant will need to be present, so in the unlikely event that the desired work date cannot be met, we will adjust the schedule again.
- Please note that we will contact the tenant's preferred contact information directly to confirm the date of work.
Customers who are about to move in
- This applies to those who sign a new rental contract. (excluding corporate contracts)
- It will take about 9 days from the order date until you can move in, as the order will be placed after payment of the full amount of the contract fee.
Regarding cancellation
- We cannot accept requests for refunds due to changes after work or differences from what you have imagined
- If you wish to cancel after payment, you will be charged the following cancellation fee. In addition, if you cancel, you will need to complete the refund procedure, so please visit our store where you applied.
Cancellation fee: 16,500 JPY (tax included) for living room wallpaper, 14,300 JPY (tax included) for toilet wallpaper, 30,800 JPY (tax included) for living room + toilet wallpaper
About my DIY
"my DIY" is limited to properties.
- This service is available to those who have newly signed a lease contract under the regular lease plan. (Except for corporate contracts)
- Cannot be used together with any other campaigns or discounts.
- It will take about 9 days from the order date to move-in, as the order will be placed after the full payment of the contract fee.
- Regarding "my DIY", if you cancel within 2 years from the move-in date, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to one month's rent.
- The wallpaper on the website, catalog, and pamphlet may differ from the actual wallpaper in design and color.
