Non-sound system
Industry-leading sound insulation "Non-Sound Floor"
Reduces impact noise transmitted from upper floors to lower floors. We have achieved sound insulation grades of LH55/LL40 for wooden structures and LH50/LL40 for steel frames.
For wooden construction
Reduced to 1/3 of LH55/LL40!
For steel frame
Reduced to 1/3 of LH50/LL40!
We have implemented the reduction of noise from the upper and lower floors, which is worrisome in rental housing.
The L value is a unit that measures the sound insulation performance against floor impact sound (the difficulty of transmitting impact sound from the upper floor to the lower floor). There is heavy impact noise (LH), which is like a person jumping due to a heavy and soft impact, and light impact noise (LL), which is like a spoon being dropped due to a light and hard impact. The smaller the value, the higher the sound insulation effect. I'm here.
- How you perceive the sound differs depending on individual differences. Also, the figures differ depending on the plan, various conditions, etc.
- Measured by the Building Materials Testing Center.
High sound-insulation wall
By reviewing the wall structure between adjacent houses, the sound insulation performance has been improved to achieve a sound insulation grade of TLD-45 for wooden construction and TLD-50 for steel construction.
For wooden construction
TLD45 , the level where you can faintly hear the sounds of ordinary life
For steel frame
TLD50, the level where you can hardly hear the sounds of ordinary life
Levels of normal life sounds
- TLD-40:Small audible level
- TLD-45:Bearly audible level
- TLD-50:Almost inaudible level
- TLD-55:Normally inaudible level
Sound insulation drain pipe
Compared to normal drain pipe 15dB Reduction
A soundproof drain pipe is installed as a countermeasure against drain noise. Drainage noise is reduced by an average of 15dB compared to normal VU pipes. The noise environment is about the quietness of "libraries and suburbs at midnight".
- Normal (unconstructed) drain pipe: 48dB
- Soundproof drain pipe: 33dB
