What is a PUDO station?

You can pick up your luggage smoothly at the designated place at your favorite time.

Register for re-delivery or change the delivery address in advance with the service of the corresponding courier company.

For example... Can't receive the parcel at home because you are coming home late.

You can receive your courier at your preferred time without having to wait.

To use it, you need to register for the delivery company's service. Please check the website of each delivery company for the registratration method.

Specify the PUDO station as the pick-up location

Select a PUDO station at your desired location

A courier delivers a package to the PUDO station

Receive two 4-digit passwords for package pickup via email

※1: Pre-registration for the corresponding courier service is required. Luggage with a total length, width, and height within 100cm and a weight of 10kg or less can be used. (Some packages cannot be used, such as courier, cash on delivery, valuables, and COD packages.)
※2: Some EC sites are planning to support in future.
